To apply to Kimber Academy, students must submit an application. This can be done online for your convenience. You may also download a pdf of the application here and mail it or deliver in person to:

Fees can be mailed or paid in person by cash, check, card and the online application (card processing fee will be applied). The Registration and Application fee covers necessary expenses such as testing, family files, admin tasks and your spot guaranteed. Note that your spot is only reserved once application form and fees are received. Space is reserved in order of application submissions. If applicant(s) is not accepted by The Glenn J. Kimber Academy, 50% of Application Fee will be refunded. Applicants who apply and later withdraw application forfeit 100% of the fee.
Upon receipt of this application AND payment, Kimber Academy administration will contact you to schedule an entrance interview that is required for all first time applicants and parents prior to acceptance as students. All applicants over 12 years of age are required to bring to this interview the personal letter referenced above and 2 letters of character reference. One must be from his/her ecclesiastical leader. One can be from another leader, parent, neighbor, etc. In addition to two letters, all enrolling students 12 and older must submit an essay of “Why I want to attend Kimber Academy.”
Upon receipt of this application AND payment, Kimber Academy administration will contact you to schedule an entrance interview if necessary.
Full tuition and curriculum fees are expected on the day of acceptance unless you are on a monthly plan. All who opt in for a monthly plan are required to pay the first and last month’s tuition and curriculum fees as well. If you have previously paid a deposit, it will rollover and only the last month’s tuition will be collected.
