Senior Science

Senior students can choose any of the six science guidebooks on different subjects — physiology, zoology, botany, chemistry, geology or astronomy.  During class the instructor will offer resources and give ideas for students as they create their OWN science book.  They will search the scriptures as well as study credible science reference books and conclude with an essay answering the question WHY God created the science subject they are studying.

At the beginning of the school year, students will be taught how to organize a 3-ring-binder for  their science book, designing a cover and dividing it into the various sections.  They will then use the science curriculum to define, research, and illustrate the vocabulary words as they develop their work.
