How It Works
You can apply to the Kimber Academy Online Program by filling out our new application form. Once we’ve reviewed your application, you will be notified of your enrollment status by email
Application Fee
Kimber Academy requires a non-refundable application and onboarding fee for each enrolling family. This fee covers administrative processing, placement evaluations, onboarding, scheduling, records management, and training access. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance, placement, class availability, or continued enrollment. Returning families will recieve a 50% discount.
New and Returning Learners Ages 12 and Older:
All enrolling learners 12 and older must submit a one-page essay answering the question : “Why I want to attend Kimber Academy.”
For New learners Ages 12 and Older:
All new applicants 12 years of age and older are required to submit 2 letters of character reference. One must be from his/her ecclesiastical leader. One can be from another leader, parent, neighbor, etc.
Acceptance & Tuition
Upon acceptance of your application, you will be directed to choose your tuition option. Kimber Academy highly encourages families to pay for the full academic year in advance to receive discounted annual pricing. Additional payment options may include: Monthly payment plans at regular tuition pricing A 12-month Flex Pay option for an additional administrative fee À la carte classes and enrichment opportunities Semester-based extracurricular and elective fees
Tuition Pricing
After your application is accepted, you may choose from one of the following tuition plans. All pricing is per family.
Year Round Core classes.
Does Not Include Electives
Annual: $2760
Purchase the whole year in advance and get 1 month free
Monthly: $345
$345 a month, for 9 months for a total of $3,105
Flex: $270
$270 a month, for 12 months for a total of $3240
Individual Classes And electives
Single Core Class: $60
$60 a month for 9 months for individual core classes. Price is per family, per class.
Electives: $30-$60
$60 a month for 9 months. Price is per family, per class. $30 a month if enrolled in an annual plan.
