Every year, young entrepreneurs showcase their creativity and business skills in a hands-on marketplace. Participants plan, create, and run their own businesses—everything is kid-led!

At KimberTowne, kids take charge—they create their own products, provide services, set prices, and interact with real customers.
Just like in real life, running a business requires investment. This small fee helps participants understand the importance of startup costs, financial responsibility, and business ownership. Each participant receives:

✅ A KimberTowne T-shirt
✅ A 6ft x 3 ft table and chairs (Tents for shade may be needed if outdoors—check with admin.)

While the Junior Creators (8-11) and Advanced Creators (12-15) run their own businesses, we want to include our youngest entrepreneurs in the fun! Here’s how kids ages 5-7 can participate:

We provide a 6ft x 36in table and chairs for each booth. If the event is outdoors, you may need to bring a tent for shade—please check with the admin team. Participants should also bring their own business supplies, products, and signage.
All Junior Creators (8-11) and Advanced Creators (12-15) qualify for cash prizes and awards, which are given by booth, not by individual participants. To qualify, participants must turn in their sales form and evaluation by 1:30 PM.
Junior Assistants can help at a booth run by an older sibling or friend. While they are not eligible for cash prizes, they will receive a special participation prize!
Parents and families are welcome to support but should allow kids to take the lead—this is a real learning experience!
Payments can be made via card on the registration form. Cash or VENMO is also accepted after the form is filled out.
Yes! This is a real-world business experience. Leaving early affects both you and your customers, as well as other young entrepreneurs.
Winners will be announced between 1:30-1:45 PM.
No, all registration and booth lease fees are non-refundable.
